Crecí con Terranovas y Pastores Alemanes, perros han sido parte de mi vida desde entonces.
Cuando tenía 8 años, comencé a ir a clases de entrenamiento con "mi" primer Pastor Alemán y desde entonces el mundo del perro se volvió cada vez más importante para mí.
El primer Cocker Spaniel Inglés llegó a mi casa en 1970 y en 1973 comencé a criar Spaniels, seguido de Perro de Pastor Inglés y Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen con el afijo "Pennylane". He criado, entrenado y presentado muchos campeones nacionales e internacionales, Vencedores Europeos y Mundiales.
En 1980 fui confirmada por la Sociedad Canina de Suiza (SKG) como juez y desde 2012 estoy autorizada para juzgar todas las razas FCI.
Desde 2006 soy miembro de la junta de Sociedad Canina de Suiza y presidenta de la Comisión de Jueces y Exposiciones. En 2010 fui elegida miembro del Comité de la Sección Europea de la FCI y soy la actual vicepresidenta. Desde 2014 también soy la presidenta de la Comisión de Exposiciones de la FCI.
He juzgado muchas veces en la mayoría de los países europeos, Inglaterra, Australia, América del Sur, EEUU y Asia, incluyendo muchas especiales nacionales, una Exposición Europea y varias Exposiciones Mundiales.

Grown up with Newfoundlands and German Shepherds, dogs have been part of my life ever since.
At the age of 8 years, I started to go to training classes with “my” first German Shepherd and since then the Dog World became more and more important for me.  
The first English Cocker Spaniel arrived in my house in 1970 and 1973 I started breeding Spaniels, followed by Old English Sheepdogs and Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen under the “Pennylane” prefix. Many National and International Champions, European Winner and World Winners were bred, trained and also handled by me.
In 1980 I was confirmed by the Swiss Kennelclub (SKG) as a judge and since 2012 I am approved to judge all FCI breeds.
Since 2006 I am a member of the Swiss Kennel Club board and President of the Judges- and Show Commission.  In 2010 I became a member of the FCI Europe Section Committee, and be the current vice-president. Since 2014 I am also the President of the FCI Show Commission.
In most European Countries, England, Australia, South America, USA and Asia I have judged many times, this includes many National Specialties, European Winner- and several World Dog Shows.
