He tenido contacto con perros desde que nací ya que, en aquella época, mis padres tenían uno como mascota. Cuando murió, decidieron tener un Boxer ya que para todos nosotros era el perro más bonito del mundo. Así que tuve mi primer Boxer de pura raza cuando tenía 12 años. Tuve la suerte de tener un buen perro de exposiciones y estaba entusiasmada por presentar y entrenar. Desde entonces los perros ocuparon un gran parte, si no la más grande, de mi vida.

Durante muchos años he criado Boxer y he sido Presidenta del Club del Boxer de Letonia desde 1981 hasta 1995.

Actualmente soy la feliz propietaria de Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
Antes de ser juez de exposiciones, fui juez de obediencia general y pruebas especiales. En 1982 fui hombrada juez de exposiciones y gradualmente fui dejando mis perros de entrenamiento. Desde 2002 soy juez de todas las razas. En estos momentos trabajo para Latvian Cynological Federation como administradora y también soy miembro de la Directiva y Presidente del Comité de Jueces.

También he tenido el honor de juzgar en las Exposiciones Mundiales en Poznan, Polonia (2006), Bratislava, Eslovaquia (2009), Salzburgo, Austria (2012), Budapest, Hungría (2013), Helsinki, Finlandia (2014) y Exposiciones Europeas en Zagreb, Croacia (2007), Budapest, Hungría (2008), Leeuwarden, Países Bajos (2011), Suiza (2013) y Varsovia, Polonia (2018).


I have been in close contact with a dog since I was born though at that time my parents had a pet dog. When he passed away my parents agreed to have a Boxer as for all of us it was the nicest dog in the world. So I got my first pure bred Boxer when I was 12 years old. I was lucky to get a nice show dog, so I got very enthusiastic about showing and training. Since that dogs occupy large part, if not the largest, of my life.
For many years I have bred Boxers and have been Chairman of Latvian Boxer Club 1981-1995. At present I am happy owner of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Before becoming a Dog show judge, I became trainee and judge for general obedience and special trials. In 1982 I become a Dog show judge and gradually stopped my training dogs. Since 2012 all-breed judge. At the moment I work for Latvian Cynological Federation as Bureau administrator and I am also the member of the Board and chairman of Judges Committee.
